So far the winter here in Switzerland has been crazy... It dumped a lot so theres a massive, above average snowbase laying in the alps ready to shredd. Since years I wasnt able to ski and sled around the house, but this year we even were able to build some kicker in the garden ;) Since there is a shitload of snow as well at lower altitudes its finally possible to shredd the local hills as they deserve it. Supernice shoots full of powder no one knows about :))

Falltime mostly means Glaciertime in Saas Fee... While its perfect, sunny weather in the on 1800 meters above sealevel situated village, the glacier and the snowpark up on 3500 meters above sealevel is ready to shredd. A perfect mix of shredding a perfectly shaped park in the morning and chilling and bbqing down in the village in the afternoon...

During the summer I discovered new and rediscovered old and almost forgotten leisure time activities. For the first time I tried out Wakesurfing, which was super fun. Then I hiked a couple of mountains around our region. The most fun hike was the Niesen. There we started hiking up the stairs from the mountain railway in the early morning hours... Definitely a thing I gotta repeat next summer :)

After my last exams, I felt seasoned for some surfing again. So I decided to head down to Bali and Lombok for 4 weeks. Since I havent seen that much from the country the last time Ive been down there, I decided to do as well some sightseeing besides surfing. For almost the whole time I rented a motorbike, so I could get around pretty easily and quikly. Sometimes the rides were quite tricky. Mostly it felt like some motorbike game and the tunnel vision appeared frequentrly while riding through the rice fields ;)) Cows on the street while some stinky, smoky trucks are taking over eachother with 80K`s per hour isnt the most comfortable way to travel ;)) Besides our sometimes a bit selfdestructing behaviour and the high usage of band-aids and salves the trip was just amazing. The swell was getting better and bigger every day and we saw some lovely places in and around the islands of Bali, Gili and Lombok. Thanx to "Arrack Attack" we survived as well the sometimes quite time-consuming ferry rides between the islands ;)

After the wonderful week in Canada I headed down to NYC for some 2week-running around in the suit seminar. The "Networking New York"-seminar was organized by a couple of innovative students from my uni. Those two weeks were amazing and we got some good insights in the american business-world and off course as well into NYC`s finest clubs. After the first 10 days we spent in NYC, we went up to Boston for another 4 days. Unbelievable but true Boston (anyway a 4 million-city) felt like holidays after beeing in NYC... Pretty calm and not as fast-paced as the "Big Apple". I guess I just let the pictures speak - as you can see the eyes of the raging partizipants are getting smaller as longer we stayed there - guess why ;))

After getting some schoolshit done, I left Switzerland again on Friday to go to Canada for one week. It was a wicked week and I had an awesome time shredding and seeing all the people again! Besides shredding in Sunpeaks, Corey took me to ride the groomer in the middle of the night, to Mike Wiegele for one day of heli where we met all those crazy Italians and to Canadas newest resort Revelstoke. Those trips were just awesome I really got to see a lot in this short period I even saw the northern light, so one of my dreams came true. The last day was embossed by dealing with the police and the busdrivers which wouldnt let me on the bus at 3am ;) The Hello & Good Bye Party on Thursday night was a gonger and I got to see a lot of people. It was a great end to an awesome trip in Canada.

Last week I stayed for 10 days in Utrecht, Holland. The actual reason to go there was a management game called Brandmaps. Beside going to the hogeschool every day, we had a lot to discover. Some went partying every night; others were dazed and confused ten days in a row... After 9 days staying in Utrecht I went to Amsterdam for one day as well. The architecture and the second hand shops were the most exciting part besides the red light district ;)
To put Holland in one little sentence: Weed but almost only tourists smoking it; raging parties; hot, tall, blonde girls; student clubs; polo shirts; long wavy hair; a shitload of bikes; biking crews; grachten and wicked buildings.

Hey folks...
Here are my travel plans for this year. In like 3 weeks I will go to Holland for some one week 2-credit course called brandmaps. The place I am going to is called Utrecht - some big pleasure student city just about 30 minutes away from Amsterdam and Rotterdam. After beeing dazed and confused for a week Ill come back for a little repack, before Ill head to Canada. I am really looking forward to some massive reunion over there!! I hope I can hit Revy while Im in BC - would be very stoked to ride that mountain. I am gonna stick around somwhere in BC for a week before I will go down to New York for some running around in the suit seminar. Apparently its gonna be Lá Fhéile Pádraig aka Saint Patrick's Day the day I arrive - so I think its gonna be some rager down there as well. Ill stay there for two weeks. I will be back in Switzerland in April - perfectly timed for the spring riding sessions :) Next summer Ill be finished with my studies. After that Ive really no clue where my path is going, Ill let you know as soon as I know..

Unbelievable but true. Three weeks ago I thought it cant get any better then that, but this weekend was even better. I never experienced such an amount of fresh snow in Switzerland - it was literally puking from the sky :) So we ended up riding almost 80cm of fresh...

Starting the powder day with some good, fresh piece of meat is always a pleasure...

...then meeting up with some good old friends in the gondola...

After almost 2 months of shredding on the glacier in Saas Fee and Les Diablerets it dumped like crazy the whole last week... Because of that most of the ski resorts could operate already this weekend. I think it was one of the best season starts ever! A shitload of light, fresh powder combined with cold temperatures made the shredding almost like in Canada ;) These two days were just awesome!!! Hope its gonna continue like that...

Sweden

Sweden was absolutely amazing! I really enjoyd my 10 days up north visiting Jakob, Malin and Eleonor. It was such a nice trip and I met some lovely people in Sweden. After a pretty crazy night with Kai in Frankfurt I arrived in Stockholm the next day where I stayed almost one week at Jakob and Malins place just a 20 minutes walk away from downtown Stockholm. We had some nice, raging partys there and I could taste some traditional Swedish food which was awesome. On the sunniest day of the week I made a trip with the ferry out to Sandhamn - one of the archipelago islands. The hike around the island was soo relaxing because it was soo calm and beautyful out there. The second weekend Jakob and I went down to Växjö and a little place outside of this town on the countryside for visiting his parents. It was such a nice place. I crashed in a typical red house and met Jakobs parents. They were such lovely people. We stayed one day there, cooked lunch in a traditional Tipi, searched for elks and went on a beautyful hike around the close lake. In the eve we had a raging party in Växjö where I met Frederik and Eric again - two Swedish guys we met on our our trip in Mexico - and some old friends of Jakob. It was such a nice surprise to see these 2 guys again and I had soo much fun!!! After we passed by Jakobs lovely grandparents we went back to Stockholm... Then it was already time to say goodbye again. I really had a lot of fun in Sweden and hope that I can go back soon!

To come home was very nice but in a way quite special as well. To see my family and friends was awesome!!! As soon I accomplished my mission - writing the 2 exams - I could really enjoy seeing my friends again and I made a lot of awesome things the last couple of days... Partying, hiking, snowboarding, eating Fondue, bred and cheese are only a few examples.

Killer was one of the first friends I saw again...

On the way back to Switzerland I passed bye in Mexico City for 3 days. It was an awesome time and the city was much more interesting then I expected!!! This city has some very interesting cultural background and some awesome architecture! It was as well soo nice to meet Lolitas lovely family where I could stay for these days. Thanx soo much for everything Lolita and family!

Before I left for the island we had as well our Casino Royale party which was a great success ;) The last party in Kamloops was pretty much out of control, so I had to apologize to all our immediate neighbors the next day. Soo much fun and it was soo nice to say goodbye to all the lovely people I met during my time in Kamloops! Thanx soo much for letting me spend this awesome, unforgettable time with u guys! I miss Canada and all you people a lot!!!

Van Island

Before I left Canada I wanted to go to the island. Fortunately Tyler had some days off and wanted to go as well. So we decided to go to the island for a couple of days... The time there was amazing and I had a lot of fun. I saw my first bear, some other very interesting animals and experienced the famous 3 to 1 ratio in Victoria ;) During our time on the island it happened to be Canada day as well which ended up beeing a legendary blast in Victoria. After 3 days in Vic we went to Tofino, where we camped on a construction side right next to the ocean. These 2 days were a bit more quite, but very nice from the nature - just breathtaking beautyful!

Back in Kamloops

After 90 days and 14`968 kilometers I reached Kamloops again. In total we were driving 34 days with our dirty green perl on our roadtrip which means we drove an average of 440,24 km/day... We slept 44 nights in Motels, Hotels or Hostels, 14 nights in the tent, aproximately 3 nights in hammocks, 1 night at an abandond hotel, 1 night in a garage, 1 night in the car in a restarea, 1 night on a ferry and 25 nights at some friends places... In total we payed for both of us 3830$ on the whole trip. This amount includes car-repair, gas, payroad, ferry, hotelrooms and campingspots, our flight and finally the bribe to the Mexcian police... (Food and party expenses arent included in this amount) Now im back in Kamloops for this short 7-week summerterm.

Back in San Fran / Goodbye Jakob

Back in San Fran we saw some pretty nice new places in this awesome city. We went shopping, hanged out in the Golden Gate park, in the Beach Chalet, at the Telegraph hill and raged at the last eve of a small bar. There we met as well the people (Hannah, Kai, Niep and Co) who rented an RV to shredd down from the Westcoast from Canada. It was soo nice to meet them down there and with Hannah i found as well some very nice travelmate for the last piece back to Canada. We could live again at Libby and Peter Alberts place. Theyre such a nice people its just unbelievable! Thanx a lot to live at ur place once again!! Unfortunately Jakob left me in San Fran and went back to Sweden. I cant imagine any better travel mate then Jakob... It has been such an awesome and unforgettable time with this crazy Viking!!! Thanx bud!

Las Vegas - Ridgescrest

On the way from Las Vegas to San Francisco we stopped in Ridgescrest where we visited Aline, which made the season 2getter with me in Saas Fee. She came with us later to San Fran. On the way to Ridgescrest we passed trough the deth valley, which was really cool/impressive and very hot! The deth valley is the area where the lowest point in Northamerica is located. Its pretty amazing to see and i saw my first real sand dunes in a desert which was awesome.

Grand Canyon - Las Vegas

After we visited the Grand Canyon in the morning we went passed by some ghost town and went over the hoover damm to Las Vegas. In Las Vegas we wanted to go to the Coyote Ugly Club, but since they close almost everyting at 2am in the States we came a littlebit to late. It was anyway a really fun night and we met some fun people in the city of one arm bandits ;)

Acapulco - Grand Canyon

The next day we started pretty early in Acapulco, that it would be possible to reach the States in 3 days. In Mexico City we got some problems with the police, so we had to bribe them 100 US after bargening th amount down from 180. For this fee we were able to drive trough this enormous city and got even a bluelight escort from our uniformed friends ;) After more then 3500 Kilometers and 3 days in the car we reached the Grand Canyon, where we camped in the forest. That was cold!! 3 days ago we we had an average temperature of about 30°C and there the water was freezing during the night...

Am nächste Tag simer ziemlch früeh losgfahre, dases müglech isch gsi, d Staate i 3 Täg dserreiche. In Mexico City heimer du när chli Problem mitr Polizei becho, also heimer denä Jungs 100 US müesse id Bible abdrücke nachdämmer dr Betrag vo 180 abeghandlet hei. From Tulum we took the bus back to Merida, where we took the plane back to Acapulco. On the way we stopped in Coba for visiting the maya ruins there. It was awesome, because this site had a littlebit more a junglefeeling then Chichen Itza.

After a raging saturday night eve in Cancun, we hanged around on the riviera maya for ca. 1 week. It was a really relaxing/recovering week with a lot of taning/sunburn on the beatyful whitesand beaches. Beside that we visited Leobardos resort, went snorkeling, could go to Xel-ha and went biking. It was awesome and the real caribbean fever came up ;)

Besides a lot of partying and quite a couple of of shitshows I learned how to dive and made my PADI. I had 2 dives in a cenote and 2 in the ocean - it was just awesome to see the underwaterworld! On Isla Mujeres (Island of Womens) we just chilled out a bit, had some raging partys and biked around the island.

On the way to Playa del Carmen we stopped by at the ruins in Chichen Itza. We hanged around there for a whole day. Very impressive and not crowded at all in the morning.

Back in Acapulco with Pamela

After Escondido we came back to Acapulco to visit Pamela, which came back to ACA for her Semana Santa - a big holiday here in Mexico. We could life at her parents place which was really nice! Like that we met a lot of really nice people from her family and were able to taste some typical Mexican dishes. It was always something going on and we had some good party together, saw the for Acapulco famous Clavadistas, drove around in the traffic of Acapulco, participated at the first national Taco- day, took a typical Beatle-taxi, bought hamocks directly out of the prison and licked some icecreams near the sandy beach. All in all for sure a unforgettable time! Before we went back to the Campos- house to catch the plane in the early morning to Merida, we got the offer to make a bungyjump from a 50 meters high tower right on the `partystreet of Acapulco. The people who know me know that we couldnt say no to this offer, so we jumped or dived down in the Mexican partycrowd. It was a nice kick and a awesome finish of our time together with Pame in Acapulco. Thanx so much Pame!!! I hope ill se u again, otherwise ill never forget u thats for sure...

Despues Escondido regresamos a Acapulco para visitar Pamela, que regreso a Acapulco para su semana santa. Vivimos en la casa de su padres, que fue muy amable! Conocimos muchos gentes muy amables de su familia y fue possible de comer comidas Mexicanas. Celebramos bien fiestas, vimos los clavadistas, manejamos en el trafico horrible de ACA, participamos al dia del taco, tuvimos un taxi Beatle, compramos hamacas directamente del prision y goteamos unos nieves cerca dela playa. Fue un tiempo inolvidable! Antes que regresamos ala casa de los Campos para ir a Merida en el avion temprano, Pame ofrecio de ir a un bungyjump desde un torre de 50 metros sobre la calle con las fiestas en Acapulco. Los gentes que conocen me, saben que no fue posible de decir no para mi. El resultado fue que saltamos o buceamos en las gentes Mexicanos de la fiesta. Fue un bien kick y un fin inolvidable de nuestro tiempo con Pame en Acapulco. Muchisimas gracias Pame!!!

After a busdrive over night we arrived in Puerto Escondido - the home of the Mexican "Pipeline", laidback surfers and crazy exchange students. There we stayed for 5 days. We enjoid the local Market, the charming cafes, the crazy Norwegian exchange students, the Mexican "Pipeline" - La Zicatella and the lagoon just a few kliks out of Escondido. It was a relaxed, laidback time in this little town. Besides some drugadicted retired Americans we met a lot of nice people in this charming little town, saw a Skorpion and some other interesting animals and enjoid our awesome view from the hotelroom.

Despues la viaje con el autobus en la noche llegamos en Puerto Escondido - la patria dela "Pipeline" Mexicana, los surfistas tranquillos y las alumnas intercambio locas. Fuimos aqui para 5 dias. Disfrutamos el mercado local, los cafes encantadores, las locas alumnas de noruega, la "Pipeline" Mexicana - La Zicatella y la laguna cerca de Escondido. Fue un tiempo muy tranquillo en este pueblo. A la orilla de unos americanos drogadictos conocimos muchas gentes muy amables, vimos un scorpion y otras species muy interesante y dusfrutamos nuestra vista del hotel.

After we could stay 1 night in La Barrita at James place we drove 3 hours further south to Acapulco. There we could stay at the house of the Family Campos. Nuño and Lucina Campos took care about us and we met as well a few sons of the big Family. The most famous son in this family is Jorge Campos - a legendary goalkeeper of the Mexican football. He stayed in Acapulco as well for this weekend, so he showed us around in town, which was awesome. We had some raging partys, saw a for Mexico typical roosterfight and met a lot of really nice and friendly people. It was a awesome place to celebrate my 22nd birthday! Thanx for everything!!

Despues dormimos en La Barrita manejamos a Acapulco. Aqui podimos de habitar en la casa dela familia Campos. Nuño y Lucina Campos consentieron nosotros y conocimos algunos hijos de la familia grande. El mas famoso hijo de esta familia es Jorge Campos - un portero legendario del futbol Mexicano. Estaba en Acapulco por el fin dela semana tambien y guia nosortos en la cuidad, que fue fantastico! After a 4 hour drive we reached the westcoast on Boca de Pascuales. There the surf was hughe, so they toed in people with jetskies. Thats why we decided to gop further down on the coast to La Ticla. With a French surfer on the roof of the car we arrived to the really calm camping area... After a surf during the day the dream started at the second eve, when a whole girls-soccer-team from guadalajarra puted up their tents around us... Because of a longer mexican weekenmd the campground ful and the party started and founfd an end when the rooster was crying... we had an awesome time there together with Codey, Carlos and our sweetheart Marysol. After 4 days we lifter away a ford focus and continued our trip to zihuatanejo. There we stayed at a really cool jungle-hostalfor 2 nights. After Jakob Succesfully lost his surf virginity and roy tried a fish-board we drove further south to La Barrita. After we failed to reach James (The owner of the abandoned restaurant-directly-on-the beach) we made friends with the two guard dogs and broke through the gate. We ended up sleeping in the hammocks. the next day James showed up in the morning. It was nice to meet him!

Despues una viaje de 4 horas llegamos ala costa oeste en Pocca de Pascuales. Las holas fue enorme... Fue el razon porque decidimos de ir a La Ticla, una hola y playa en el sur de Pascuales. La primera noche fue muy tranquillo y conocimos Codey de Victoria. Despues un surf en la dia nuestra tienda de campana rodeo con muchas muchachas de una equipa de futbol de Guadalajara. Porque un fin dela semana mas largo mucho mas Mexicanos que normalmente fueron en la playa. Fue una fiesta grande... Fue un tiempo muy divertido aqui con Carlos, Codey y la guapa Marysol. Despues 4 dias en esta playa fuimos a Zihuatanejo. Aqui dormimos en un hostal muy interesante. Fue muchas plantas rodea de las casas... Fue como en una selva. Despues un surf en Saladita continuamos nuestra viaje a La Barrita. Fue impossible de encontrar James, el dueno del restaurant abandonando, pero los perros fue amable y dormimos en las hamacas. La manana James llego. Fue muy bien de conocer el!

After a 18 hour cruze with only truckdrivers and one famous painter we arrived in Mazatlan. There we stayed at a Gay hotel and rocked our first wavez. The eve we started with a beer 2getter with 3 Mexican beauties and participated at our first Springbreak Party. It was raging directly on the beach and we met 2 other Swedes which gave us some good tips for the way down... The next day we went to Tequila were we got an interesting view in the secrets of Mexico national drink 2getter with Carlos from Guedalajara. after the tour Carlos leaded us trough the 4 million city Guadalajara, where we slept after a little sightseeing in the old city on the floor of the car mechanic besides the shotguns, oil and car parts. The next day we tried to find our way trough the huge market and went out in the eve with two local girls.

Despues las 18 horas en el transportador llegamos en Mazatlan. Dormemos en un hotel maricon y surfiamos las primer holas. En la noche fuimos a nuestra primer fiesta de Springbreak. Fuimos en una discotequa directamente al lado dela playa. La dia proxima fuimos en Tequila. Aqui fuimos por un tour muy interesante con Carlos de Guadalajara. Despues del tour fuimos a Guadalajara con Carlos. La noche dormimos en la tienda del mechanico Charly al lado de sus carros, aceite y armas. La dia proxima fuimos en el mercado enorme en el centro de la cuidad. En la noche salimos con 2 muchachas dela Universidad de Guadalajara.

Santa Rosalia - La Paz

Before we left Santa Rosalia we went on vacation from our hard studies for a weekend to Santispak. The beach was full of retired northamericans. Everyuthing was totally calm till we met the crazy priests from San Diego... They were fishing and eating the clams directly fromn the ocean. In the eve we were pulling down the average age at the raging retirement- party. On the way home we found 2 girls sleeping in a car... We were too afraid to wake em up, but instead we were sitting down in a fishing boat and were writing a poem. As a result of that we ended up the next day 2getter with em at an abandoned hotel. It was a nice eve plus we could pimp up our equipment... The most important piece was the "Playmate". After the night in Todos Santos we got some serious problems with our Ferrari, which made us to go to La Paz to get some mechanical help of a friend of the Capitan. From Julio - a plane capitan - we got the insider info, that 400 Stewardesses just got off their six days shift and were heading for a raging party in La Paz. That made us going out for a Cerveza as well... ;) The next eve we were in Lapazlapa which hosted 1000 first year Uni students which were in town for a conference. We came home at 10 am... After our car was fixed we decided to take the ferry to Mazatlan.

Las unlimas dias en Santa Rosalia fiumos en los vacaciones en la playa Santispak. En la playa fueron solo viejos norteamericanos. Todos fue muy tranquillo hasta nosotros conocimos los sacerdoles de San Diego... Ellos pescaron y comeron los mariscos directamente del mar. En la noche fuimos a una fiesta con los viejos norteamericanos. En nuestro camino de la tienda de campana vimos 2 muchachas en un carro durmiendo... Escribimos una nota por ellas y la dia proxima fuimos con ellas en un hotel abandonando. Fue una noche divertido u fue possible de renovar nuestro equipo. La parte mas importante fue el "Playmate". Despues de la noche en Todos Santos tuvimos problemas mas grande con nuestro carro. Fue el razon porque nosotros viajamos directamente a La Paz. Un amigo del Capitan ayudanos con el carro. Tuvimos la information de Julian - un capitan de los aviones - que 400 stewardesses fueron en la cuidad por sus vacaciones. Salimos por un cerveza tambien... ;) La noche proxima salimos en la discotequa Lapazlapaz. Aqui fue una fiesta grande con 1000 1er ano estudiantes. Regresamos a nuestro hotel a las 10 dela manana... El amigo de Antonio arreglo el carro y nosotros tuvimos el transportador para Mazatlan.

Hola amigos! Its now 1.5 weeks ago, since we came to Santa Rosalia. Its been an intensive time so far. We made a lots of new and positive experiences and got fluent (almost) in Spanish. Time flies and already soon its time to leave this charming little mining- town, with the lazy pelicans and beautyful girls in their school uniforms... ;) Believe it or not, but weve been in school every day. Besides the Spanish lessons we attended normal University clases in the evenings. During the day we enjoid the selfmade icecreams, the worldfamous bread and the uniformed schoolgirls with their lollipopps. The locally common siesta became fast a habbit and one of the highlights of the day. Besides the hard studying we also tried the local beers. "Best Buy" are the 1 liter- bottles called Ballenas (Whales in the native language)... While discovering the mining history of the town we almost got lost in the giant tunnel system. We met a lot of really friendly people and made some good friends. Almost everybody is friendly and nice, especially after we told them were not from the states and tried to use our huge Spanish knowledge... The hotel we live on is awesome as well, every day some fresh ocean breeze - uhhhh that smell!!

Hola amigos! Ase 1.5 semanas illegamos a Santa Rosalia. ¡Fue un tiempo grandioso aqui! Haciemos muchos experiencias positivos y nosotros somos fluente (casi) en Español. El tiempo es rapido y presto nuestro viaje continua. Como lo oyes, pero fuimos en la escuela cada dia. Cabe la clase del Español fuimos en las clases de la universidad en la tarde. En el tiempo restante disfrutamos los nieves, el famoso pane y las "mamacitas". La siesta converte en una tradicion diario. Probamos tambien las cervezas local. Mejor es la botilla con un litro - la Ballena... Nosotros exploramos la historia del pueblo mineria tambien con una excursion en las montañas. Conociemos muchas gentes sympaticas. Casi todos las gentes son amables, especialmente cuando diciemos que nosotros somos de Europa. Ayuda mucho tambien que usamos nuestro Español. El hotel es agradable tambien, cada dia una vista grande del Mar de Cortez y del Tacometro de George.

After we could crash at Lorraines place, we entered Mexico in Tijuana. The landscape and the driving style changed immediately, even though therewere so many cars from California. The journey to Santa Rosalia took us 3 days. It was a really nice trip. We saw a lot of beautyful landscape, met a lot of nice and friendly people, saw cactuses in the desert, whales, birds, a carneval and a lots of deth animals and crashed cars on the way. Santa Rosalia is a little village right on the Sea of Cortez located in the Baja California Sur. Its a little charming place with a lots of Mexicans and only a few northamericans or here in Mexico "Gringos", which is perfect for learning Spanish as fast as possible. Here we met also the brother of Reyna - Antonio Campos. Hes a Capitan in the Mexican Navy. Hes such a nice guy and helps us whereever he can! Since yesterday we visit every morning a privat Spanish course for 2 hours. In the evening weve the possibility to partricipate in some normal business lessons in the local University. At the beginning its really hard to fallow and to understand, but it helps a lot! Antonio organized everything. Without his help it would have been impossible to study Spanish in such a small town. Muchas gracias! As it looks now, well stay here for 2 weeks till well continue our journey down to La Paz, Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Acapulco...

Despues la noche en San Diego nosotros conducimos para Santa Rosalia, un pueblo en la Baja California Sur... En nuestro viaje vistimos mucho paisaje bonito! Los cactuses, las ballenas, los pajaros y muchos animales muertos. Santa Rosalia es un pueblo encantador. Tiene muchos hispanohablantes aqui. Es muy bien para aprender espanol aqui! Nosotros visitamos el hermano de Reyna - Antonio Campos. Es un capitan de la Naval Maxicana. Es muy sympatico y ayudanos mucho! Ayer nosotros tuvimos nuestra primer dia en escuela aqui. En la manana tenemos 2 horas de un curso intensivo de Espanol. En las tardes tenemos la possibilidad de ir en las clases economia en la universidad. Es muy dificil de comprender, pero creo es muy bien por aprender espanol rapid. Antonio ayudanos con la escuela. Es solo possible para ir al escuela en un pueblo con aqui con el ayuda de Antonio. San Fran - San Diego

Today we arrived in San Diego where we can stay at Lorrain`s place, the doughter of the Alberts where we could stay in San Fran. On the way down to San diego we saw a lot of nice things. On our first day we drove from San Fran aprox. half way down to LA, where we camped directly at the beach. In the morning the police wake us up perfectly in time for the sunrise. After we had to pack our stuff within 30 minutes we went to the see-elephant beach for eating breakfast with them. After that we continued our trip to LA. We stayed a litle bit before LA on some campground in Malibu. The next day we went to LA for seeing Hollywood, Bel Air and Venice Beach, where we stayed for the night in a Hostel. In the eve we went for some drinks to Santa Monica. Today we drove over Newport Beach to San diego. In Huntington Beach i bought a surfboard. Im really happy that i found something that quick. Now im ready for shredding the waves in Mexico! Tomorrow well enter Mexico... Hasta pronto! Saludos

Kamloops - San Fran

Our first step on our road trip to Mexico was the trip from Kamloops, BC, CAN to San Francisco, CA, USA. It was an awesome ride along the coastline on the highway 101. It rained a lot, but the views along the whole coast were anyway breathtaking! We saw everything from long lonely beaches to the huge redwood trees along the US westcoast, with our costumized Ford Escord 97 Stationwagon ;) The first night in San Francisco we stayed at a hostel near the Golden Gate Brigde in a beautiful nature park. The next morning we met Kilian, which just arrived for his 5 weeks ESL program in San Fran. We were doing San Francisco the real touristic way, Golden Gate, Cable cars, Fishermans Warf, Cafe Trieste (where the godfather movies were written), Gay/China/Italy/Hippie-town and Alcatraz. For the weekend we could stay at the host family of Kilian - the Alberts. They live in a very cool and typical townhouse in central San Francisco. The family and their hospitality was amazing and we stayd for two nights. Thanks a lot!! On saturday evening we did Fan Fran by Night and checked out a nice little Italian restaurant, a cool lounge and finaly we were invited to a illegal after hour party, but we went home instead. On monday morning the trip to Mexico continues... Next destnation LA over Highway 1 with the tent in the trunk.

Ill make it short because we have to leave soon to Mexico... Yesterday we had a 80ies skiday at Sunpeaks aka Tod Mountain. It was totally radical!!! In the evening we had first a pot lock and went later to some homeparty at Chrystals place. It was fucking hilarious!!! Such a nice day to say good bye to all of our friends... It was the best possible end of our time here in Kamloops. Thanx a lot to everyone! It was such an awesome time!!! Ill write more if i have time, but i think the pics anyway speak thousand words... ;) It could be that its gonna take a while, till my next report. I try to write as much as possible on our journey. At the moment its very nice weather at Sunpeaks. Today we had a beautyful sunbird and the forcast for the next few days sais the same... In the evening we went for some tubing in Harper Mt. It was so much fun, especially that we could sneak in for a run with on the nightslopes.

The last 3 days i was on a trip to Red Mountain which is in the Kootenay Mountain range. It was an awesome trip, where we met a lot of really nice and friendly people! We could get a ride with Donna, the Mom of Corey. Donna`s truck is huge. It reminded me a little bit at the old glory times as a tank- driver in the worldfamous Swiss army ;) Befor we went to Trail - where Coreys buddy Mike lives - we stopped in Castlegar to say hello to Coreys Antie. It was so nice to meet these people which will go to Hawaii for over a months soon. Once in Trail we could stay and sleep at Mikes place. It was such a nice hospitality there! We had a fun evening together. The next day we went to Red Mountain, according to a local hitchhiker the "best mountain in whole Canada". If it depends on the preferences its maybe not the best but for sure one of the steepest ones with a lot of really nice terrain to shred. It was an awesome day with a lot of good runs! In the evening we went out to a all what you can eat pasta place in Trail. It was so much fun and enought food around for everyone. After a beer in a bar in town we went to bed quite early. The next day we drove home to Kamloops. It was such a good time on the whole trip!! We met so many nice people and are stoked about the whole trip. It has been awesome 3 days!!!

There is quite much pow up here in Sunpeaks. It has been some awesome days for shredding and spraying around!! Unfortunately of the most of the pics u cant see me anymore, so heres the only one i got. And because of the "Schneehäslis" - as Killer said in the comment - its no problem. For sure at the moment were quite busy with trackin out all the fresh pow, but we always find some time to meet our friends. We went out yesterday with our nice mexican friends and today there was this idol show at TRU where we met a lot of friends from last semster and a couple of new exchange students. So i went out to Players with Jakob, Malin (Sweden) and some other people.

Vancouver, New Swiss passport, Huge storm, Closed bridge, Rushhour, Traffic jam, Cheaper ticket (but still expensive), Claus, Fabia, Ana, Jeff, Zimtstern, Sushi, Nice House, M-A Tarte, Huge mountains, Fresh powder, Nice Fondue, Cloudless weather, -30°C cold, Huge park and pipe, Frost bite, Mike, Big party, Free drinks, Angela, Misschief Films, Nice breakfast, 190 CAD fine, Pemberton, Beautyful landscape. // Especially for Killer with German language skills: Whistler was an awesome time. First we went over Vancouver - where i applied for my new passport - to Whistler. In Vancouver was a strong storm. Like that they had to close down a bridge, which brought us directly in the Vancouver rushhour for crossing the town. Once in Whistler we stayed in Fabias house. She works for Zimtstern and is a snowboardmovie producer as well. There we met also Claus from Zimtstern and Iceripper. The first evening we went out for some Sushi, which was awesome! The next day we went up the mountain for catching some powder on Blackcomb mountain. In the evening we eat a nice swiss fondue, which was like balsam on the soul! The second day we checked out Whistler Mountain and later on the park on Blackcomb Mountain. It was quite chilly these days. The temperature on the top was -30°C. But the weather was awesome! Such a nice view!! In the evening there was this promotion party from Zimtstern. It was a nice party with a lot of people and free drinks. The day after we went for some nice breaksfast in town and started our trip back over Pemberton to Kamloops. Before we could leave Whistler we got stopped by the police. I wanted to pick up some hitchhiker. This guy stood directly under a lightsystem. So i crossed a red light without niticing it. That resulted in a fine of 190 CAD. On the way back home we passed some really beautyful landscape. It was an awesome trip to Whistler with a lot of fun.

Plans for 2007

Shit already 2007! Unbelievable... Actually i didnt set up some New Years resolutions but i made up my mind about the plans in the year 2007... As it looks now, ill stay in BC, Canada till the end of February. After this time of Snowboarding in different resorts ill start my trip together with Jakob down to Mexico over the Highway 101 in the US. This trip will take more then two months till i will return to Kamloops, BC, Canada for a short summer semester. This semester will take seven weeks from the beginning of May till the middle of June. After that ill return finally back to Switzerland. So these are the general plans, but u never know what will happen ;)

Rocky Trip

Before Christmas we (Jakob, Malin, Ilona and Me) went to Golden for checking out Kicking Horse and Lake Louise for 5 days. We stayed in a beautyful Hostel in the middle of the forest 10 minutes outside of Golden. We had a wondeful time together. First we went to Kicking Horse which kicked ass!! This resort was awesome. Really nice, steep runs and still quite nice powder. Plus not crowded at all. In Lake Louise it was nice too, but the snow wasnt that good anymore and compared to Kicking Horse it had much more fancy people and snowbunnys around. It was a awesome trip! Good times!! After that we celebrated Christmas in Kamloops. It was a really nice dinner together with Jakob, Malin, Ilona, Kai and Simon. But for sure i missed my family at home in this time. The last days in Kamloops

Hi there! Its quite a long time ago since the last post. It was quite busy the last days here in Kamloops and a lot of things happened. The last weeks in school were quite busy and i had to organize a bunch of things for my second semester abroad. For examlpe I got my US visa. Besides that i went a lot to Sunpeaks for some powderruns. The last week was embossed by all the good bye partys. It was a lot of fun, but on the other side also quite sad. It was a beautyful time here in Kamloops with all you guys! I will miss all the nice people i met here. I am glad i could spend such a nice semester here in Kamloops, BC. At the moment I am packing for going to the Rockies for hopefully some nice powder days. We gonna stay 5 days in Kicking Horse and then we will probably go back to Kamloops to celebrate christmas and then going to Sunpeaks for a few days. After that we gonna celebrate New Years in Whistler, Vancouver or Victoria. We havent decided yet. All of them are awesome places to start the year 2007! Season 06/07 started

Hey Mates, Its time for a report again. Last weekend the season here in the local Skiresort Sunpeaks started. The first day one week ago was ok, but there was not extremly much snow. But then it snowed quite a lot for this weekend. So i went up yesterday for a really beautyful day with a lot of pow. Plus the wheather was unexpected good too. A lot of great fun and a awesome day!!! Thats what i expect from the second day in my season ;) The forecast for tomorrow is another 20 cm of fresh pow and -25°... So you know where you can find me...:)

After our planned trip to Vancouver Island got cancelled, i made some trips around Kamloops and visited some friends. It was really nice to see this people and see the last possible direction out of Kamloops. First i went to Kelowna to visit Sarah, which works there and then we made a little roundtrip over Cache Creek and Logan Lake together with Ilona and Jacob.

Salmon Run

Last weekend we could go to the Salmon Run with the Student society. This natural phenomena happens only every 4 years, so we were quite lucky that we could see that. We went with a bus to the Adams River for enjoing this spectacle. The Salmons come up the whole way from the ocean to lay down the eggs. After its done they gonna die. It was a really interesting and stinky experience!

Ä super Erfahrig. Mir hei i denä 4 Täg viel Sache gseh. Mir hei die ganz Bandbreiti vo Bärgregione bis Wüstereigione, vo geile Partys bis ruhige Momente dusse ir Natur gha und gseh. Rocky Mountains Day 4

After the nice, long sleep we started our fourth trip in the direction of Penticton. The nature was changing so fast. Within three hours the nature changed from a mountain area into a desert area. The first stop we made in Osoyoos, 3 Km from the US border away. This place is like the entry of the nice Okanagan valley with all the wineries. There an other funny thing happened. Jakob and I tried to go to the US for a short look, but i got trowed out of the USA. I couldn't get in the country because i have an older Swiss passport. So i spent 45 minutes for not going in the country at the border... After that we continued our trip in the direction of Penticton. On the way we stopped at some wineries for some vine degustation. Once in Penticton we decided to go back to Kamloops this evening. So we continued our trip trough Kelowna and Vernon back to Kamloops. All in all this trip was awesome. A really nice experience to do a trip like this trough the Rocky's. We saw in this four days a lot of things and made some really nice experiences. We had the whole range from huge mountains to desert areas, from good party's to quite moments in the nature. It was unbelievable guys!!

On this day first we went to the hospital again, where they took some x-rays of my nose. After that we started our third trip in the direction of Creston. The drive to Creston was not so long, so we were there quite early... The hostel there was quite creepie. Creston is the location of the Columbia Brewery which makes the Kokanee beer. So we visited the Brewery, which was unfortunetely closed because thanx giving. This night we went to bed quite early, because we were all so tired and had to go up the next day quite early again to go for the last longer trip...

After the night in Banff we walked a little bit around in town and went later up a mountain in Banff. The 360°- view up there was absolutely breathtaking!! We were surrounded only by mountains. After that we started our second trip in the direction of Fernie which is located in the southern part of the canadien Rockys near the US border. On the way we passed by some hot springs but we didn't take a bath there. Like this we came to Fernie when it was already late. After the check in in the hostel there we went for dinner to a really nice curry restaurant. After that the gong show started... We went out in a club called Fernie Hotel. There at the beginning it was quite nice. But later in the evening i walked around in the club and there i saw Jakob sitting totally waisted on a chair. The reason was, he asked for a cigarette and became one with some drugs inside. So he was full of drugs sitting there. I tried to help him and went with him down to the bathroom. There was a guy who made some jokes about him, so i told him its not Jacobs fault... He asked me if i have a problem with him, i answered no... Two minutes later 10-15 guys stood down the bathroom and the show started. I got punched in the face directly when they came down, so i broke my nose. It bleeded like hell, so i wasn't even able to punch back. But maybe it was anyway better like that, otherwise the bad things would start. We would have no chance at all against these guys. But it was something without any reason. It was so stupid...

Rocky Mountains Day 1

This is the story about an awesome weekend in the Rocky's... It began in the night before we started our trip. After a nice turkey dinner and an evening in Players we came home and got dressed like pirates, our dress for Halloween. It was pretty funny to walk in high heels around our residence. The morning after we started our trip early at six o`clock. Our first day would bring us directly into the Rocky's, to the city of Banff. The trip went over Salmon Arm, Revelstoke and Golden into the direction of Banff. After a while in the car we recognised, that our wheel started to shake more and more, so we decided to stop in Salmon Arm for a little check up. There the mechanic sayd we were quite lucky, because soon we would loose our left front wheel, so we had to change a little part of the suspension. After this stop we had a really nice trip with some stops at some breathtaking places. Once in Banff we went out for a nice dinner and one or two beers in a club in Banff. Because it was Friday it was a little quite, but anyway we had a lot of fun there.

This report is about some trips I did the last weekend around Kamloops. I received some complaints about that I just make some party over here. So this is now the argument that I do also some other stuff: On Friday I drove in the direction of Merrit with Jakob for maybe 50 km. It was quite a nice trip, because the nature is changing so fast here in this area. These things are now the nice things about my new car... I just can go wherever and whenever I want to. On Saturday we (Jakob, Jakobs dad Peter, Tyler, Eleonor and me) went to the Wells Gray National Park about 200km away in the north of Kamloops. It was a really nice trip, with some nice waterfalls and beautiful nature. Unfortunately we saw no bears... On Sunday Tyler and I hiked up some mountain in the Indian reserve in Kamloops. The track was really steep going up. But once up there we had a really nice view over the Kamloops valley. The way down was quite funny, because it was really slippery so we had to slide down the whole mountain. That was a really funny and fast way down...

Hi everyone! Its time for a report again… A lot of things happened in the last week and especially last weekend in Vancouver. After a night with just 40 minutes sleep we started our trip to Vancouver on Friday morning. Once in the afternoon we came to Vancouver and our nice and really luxurious hostel near the Hastings Street. The neighbourhood there was quite creepy… After a little walk and a really nice lunch in Gas town we went out to Tonic later. It was quite a thirsty night and a good party with a lot of fun. On Saturday we went to the famous Capilano Bridge near Vancouver. Later we saw the sunset in the Stanley Park which was pretty romantic ;) Then we dressed up a little bit for going to the Plaza. It was quite a nice Club, but not that much fun like on Friday. The funniest part of both evenings was anyway almost the way back home to our Hostel. So we talked to a lot of people and had a lot of fun with them… On Sunday morning Tyler and I went for a ride to search some cars and the others (Jakob, Mike and Chris) went to Downtown and later to the Stanley Park. The first Car dealer was at the beginning quite nice but later it’s getting quit scary there. It was a Chinese Car seller and I knew that these guys are hard to handle. But that it would be that hard I didn’t expect. I bargained a car from 4900 down to 3600, but this price was still a way higher than I planed to spend, so I told him that I’ve to think about his offer. Then he got angry and also sad and so he dont wanted to give me back my credit card… At the end we could leave with everything, but it was quite a crazy experience. Then we went to a big Auto Mall where a lot of Car dealer are. At the first dealership they told us, that they’ve no cars in this low price range… Fortunately the Car seller Danny made me then an offer to buy his private car - a Ford Escort LX Station wagon year 97 with 240000 km for 2200 CAD… For me it looked like a good offer and after 1.5 hours of waiting the man from the insurance company came and we could finish the deal. Because I have a limit from 2000 per day on my card I could bargain the car down to 2090 CAD. All in all together with the insurance I had to pay 2700. In my view quite a good price for this car. Right after that we went back home to Kamloops. Then the first stories happened with my new ride… Maybe 150 km before Kamloops we passed Merrit. There my tank was still 25% full and from Vancouver to Merrit we used not that much gas so I thought it’s easy till Kamloops. But maybe 40 km later the fucking gas pointer was at the lowest position and the lamp blinked really threateningly. So Jakob and I were really scared that we don’t come home anymore. So we drove like an 80 years old couple on the highway in the direction of Kamloops. It’s unbelievable it’s just nothing around there between Kamloops and Merrit. You’re just out of nowhere there. So Jakob and I sweated a lot when it went up again, because from Vancouver to the highest point on the road to Kamloops it’s a difference of more than a 1000 high meters… But fortunately we made it till the street went down to Kamloops and to the first gas station in town. The tank from the escort takes about 50 litres. So we tanked a little bit more than 50 litres what told us that we maybe had 1-2 litres left… Phuuu that was close! I really wouldn’t sleep in the out of nowhere in Ford Escort with just a T-Shirt on me ;) Later we recognised that the muffler of the car brake down, but it was really easy to fix. Ou and yeah in my first tree days I got 2 fines for parking already in Kamloops :) But I don’t going to pay any fine here in Canada anyway, so I don’t care about it. Yesterday was again horny Wednesday in Max… So we had a lot of fun again together. Today we make a nice barbeque at Tylers place. I think its going to be awesome because its going to be one of the last sunny and warm days here. So Rock on!!

The neverending Korean story

Hey! I have a plenty of time at the moment because I broke my eardrum last Weekend. Now I’ve to stay a little bit at home that it can heal as fast as possible. It’s really weird to walk around with this shit. I feel always like I’m sitting in a big production hall with a lot of machines around me. And it’s even harder to listen to the teachers than before. I’ve to align my healthy ear always as good as possible to the teacher that I can understand anything. It’s also really funny, if I don’t wanna hear something I just turn left and I’m in my own world. Now it’s also the perfect possibility to write something about our Korean friend Han. He’s a really nice person its just not that easy to talk with him because he cant understand a word English so he needs always a friend of him as a translator. Just his shower and toilet- Behaviour is not the best. After he took a shower it’s always a big lake in our toilet and last weekend we had to clean up our toilet in the middle of the night, because it smelled like hell of pee inside there. That was not the experience that I waited for... Otherwise it’s really nice to live together with him. On Monday we could try some Korean food and vodka. The food was pretty nice, it was something like the Italian Tortellini, but I loved the Vodka. It’s not a really strong one (20%) but he’s really smooth to drink. And the funny thing is that the Vodka is in a Tetra pack... First I thought its some jus or something like that.

Hey how is it going? A lot of things happened again. There was always a party going on the last 3 nights. Some sick homepartys. The last two days the weather wasn’t that nice anymore. It was really cold and rainy, so it was nice to go out a lot. I got also my results from my last exams in Switzerland. And I passed all of them. So there was a big party yesterday! I would like to congratulate everybody who passed all exams also. Our first year is done buddies!!! I never thought that I am still here after the first year… Today the weather was good again, so we went to the wildlife park near Kamloops to see some animals. Tomorrow ill go hiking if the weather is still so nice. I am looking forward to the next weekend. Ill go for 3 days to Vancouver. There ill find a car – hopefully.

The last days were pretty busy. Last Weekend we made some Trips around Kamloops. First we were hiking at the Petersens Creek Park in Kamloops. We had a lot of fun there. It was so nice. Sometimes it was really steep and we had to climb a little bit. At the beginning we saw also a snake, but only a small one. On Monday we went to the Sunpeaksresort, 30 minutes out of Kamloops. There we found a totally different nature as here. It looked more like the real Canada -what we expected from. A lots of really nice forests and a beautiful nature. We stayed there in a restaurant. In the winter its a nice ski-resort with really nice dry Canadien powder and in Summer its a really nice resort for biking, especially downhill- biking. So ill go back for sure for a few downhill- runs. On Tuesday the school started. There were a lot of new people and i think its really nice to go to school here. I have also really interesting courses with some nice teachers. After a few changes im gonna take: Spanish; Global and Canadien Economic Issues; Sports Event Management; Managing Festivals and Events and maybe French, but this i maybe gonna kick off, because the Canadien French is so extremly bad, sometimes i dont understand them at all... But the two Event- courses are really interesting and they dont feel like normal courses. Its real fun there and its exactly what i would like to do and whats interesting to me. I go to bed now. I wirde also sicher mau no dört ga dr Bärg abheize... Am Ziestig isches när richtig los gange ir Schuel. Vieli neui Gsichter und feie chli ä Mönscheasammlig ufem Unigländ. Sisch scho rächt geil ä so id Schuel dsgah. Sisch eifach immer öpis los hie ufem oder rund ums Unigländ. Nach einige Wächsle i mim Programm hanimi iz für folgendi Kürs entschide: Spanisch; Global and Canadien Economic Issues; Sports Event Management; Managing Festivals and Events und ev. Französisch, aber das lahni de ev. la si, wüu so wie die Kanadier hie Franz redä, wirdi eher nume no schlächter, alsi mi cha verbessere. Mängisch hani also ziemlch müeh, die dsverstah. Aber die 2 Event- Kürs si also sehr geil! Dasch genau das, woni mir eigentlch vorstelle. Sisch würklch sehr interessant und d Lehrer si ou cooli Sieche. Das isch nid wie eifach ä normale Unterricht. On Wednesday we were out in Max, one of the Clubs Downtown Kamloops. First we met Fabienne and Taylor in a Bar for drink a cupple of beers. Taylor made us a gift... A bottle of finest Canadien Whiskey, which we had to drink while walking to the max. Once at max we had to wait in line for about a half an hour till we could go in. Unbelievabal for a Wednesday. In there it was funking crazy!! I mean it was a normal Wednesday but everyone was pissed like hell in there!! I didnt expect that much party in Kamloops... So we had fun there till about 4 oclock in the morning. On the way home we made a traditional stop for a burger. It was really a sick evening!!

Yesterday afternoon i met Fabienne the sister of Nicole. Shes a really nice and sweet canadien girl so she and Taylor -her boyfriend- showed me around in Kamloops and helped me to find some good stores. In the evening we were invited again to a sick homeparty. Jakob and Elenor -both from Sweden- knew a girl from Kamloops. She -Brandy- invited us to her homeparty in downtown Kamloops. Many people were there and so we met a cupple of other canadiens. Later we went to the Players, a nice Lounge in Kamloops. I just have to say the Canadiens are totally crazy!! Theres a lot of fun with them!

Heute war ich das erste Mal auf dem Unigelände für erste langweilige Informationen. Das Gelände ist wirklich riesig und sehr schön. Es ist alles topmodern und gut ausgebaut, doch denke ich werde ich eh nicht allzu viel Zeit hier verbringen, also who cares??

Am Samstag Nachmittag machten wir uns mit dem Grayhound- Bus auf richtung Kamloops. Die Fahrt dauerte ca. 5,5 Stunden. So kamen wir gegen Abend in Kamloops an. Die Fahrt war sehr schön. Sie führte durch weite, hüglige Waldlandschaften, wie man sie von Kanada kennt. Sehr speziell und lustig war der Buschauffeur... Also wenn der nicht auf Drogen war, fress ich nen Besen. Der war so gestoned und erzählte seine Räuberpistolengeschichten so langsam, da konnte ich nicht mehr. Einfach crazy! ein richtiges unikat... Wenn man sich nach dieser Fahrt ein Kamloops mitten im Wald vorstellt, liegt man völlig falsch. Diese Stadt liegt an einem Ort, wo es sehr trocken und warm ist. Hier ist es also eher wüstenmässig, doch ist man sehr schnell in der atemberaubenden Natur draussen. Das ist aber gar nicht schlecht, denn seit ich hier bin scheint von morgens bis abends die Sonne und es herrschen Temperaturen von um die 35 Grad... Nicht schlecht oder? Also werde ich voraussichtlich viel Zeit mit Bräunen am Strand verbringen :)
Die Leute hier sind der Hammer! Die Kanadier sind sehr offen, also wurden wir schon am ersten Abend zu einer Homeparty bei Kanadierinnen eingeladen. Dort wo ich wohne ist es nicht der Hammer, aber ok. Auf jeden Fall wird es dort sicher sehr geil, denn dort sind ausschliesslich internationale Studenten. Und schon am ersten Abend ging dort ziemlich die Post ab... Nebst vielen Asiaten hat es auch viele Leute aus anderen Landern wie Schweden, Norwegen, Finnland, Holland, Deutschland, Österreich, etc. , wobei es mir die Norwegerinnen und Schwedinnen bis jetzt am meisten angetan haben. Ich glaube ich fang schon mal an nen Trip nach Skandinavien zu planen für den nächsten Sommer ;)

Am Freitag bin ich an Vancouver angekommen. Der Flug war ziemlich legere. Da ich mir die letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug mit packen um die Ohren schlug, konnte ich auf dem fast 10 Stundigen Flug von Amsterdam nach Vancouver schon ab und zu ein bisschen schlafen. Nachdem mich die äusserst charmanten Sicherheitsbeamten mehr als eine Stunde auseinandernahmen, konnte ich mein Zimmer in einer Jugendherberge in der berühmtberuchtigten Robson Street beziehen. Am Abend ging in Vancouver schon voll die Post ab und wir konnten schon einige schöne Kontakte knüpfen... Wirklich sehr geil diese Stadt. Da um 3 Uhr morgens die Clubs meist schon schliessen, haben die Leute nichts anderes zu tun als sich auf der Strasse mit Street Fights zu vergnügen. Das war ziemlich lustig und amüsant. Just wild, wild West!

Am Mittwuch Abend wurde ich von Kilian zum Robbie- Konzert im Berner Wankdorf eingeladen. Das Konzert war, obwohl ich ansonsten nicht so viel Robbie höre, einfach der absolute Hammer!! War wirklich sehr geil mit ein paar guten Kollegen mein schon fast letzter Abend zu verbringen.
